I spent some 2 hours waiting for the Frog in LA dist1 today. Our mighty amphibian didn't arrive, but someone started organizing a quizzie with prizes from donations. The questions concerned misc GW topics, mostly skills, items, or locations.

Anyway, after one hour of playing, i still managed to win absolutely nothing. I logged off and decided I'm finished for today, since I spent rather long time farming for all the Halloween stuff

Anyway, one hour later I just randomly decided to check back if the people are still playing. I came just in the second the quizzie asked the final question (some messed up letters, try to make a skill name out of them). They looked kinda like "Incendiary Bonds", so I typed it.

Long story short, I made 20,5 plat just for logging in at the correct nick of second

I'd like to thank the quizzie, this was a fun event even when I was losing horribly for the first hour. I was taking a break from GW recently, but such fun community events are what makes this game fun to return to

Yeah, I stumbled upon that too, but didn't participate. I've run into the person that held it before (multiple times, really), and well, lets just say we didn't see eye to eye on a topic.

(I could also be thinking of a different person, as these contests do happen every so often, and maybe I saw a different one)

I won a Hale Ghostly Staff which I probably won't use.. but it was good fun. Gratz on your win. That one stumped me.

Oh that's what it was all about. I was wondering what the crazy spam was about.
I left one district to evade the spam and walked right into lots of "X is the winner!!!!"

Liquid steel, its a shame if we didnt see eye to eye, is liquid steel your In game name? if so I dont recognise it, perhaps you are thinking of someone else.
